Lightweight earrings with a contemporary flair. Resembling a cluster of small bubbles, these earrings are fabricated from circles of steel wire, brazed together with brass and accented with a 23k gold leaf accent. 1.75 inches long. Steel has been blackened with a heat patina for which provides a lovely contrast to the gold. Sterling silver posts and backs.
Earrings have been sprayed with a clear coat to protect the finish. While it is fine to wear steel jewelry while washing hands, doing dishes or in the rain but it is not recommended to wear in the pool or other activities that will expose the metal to water for an extended period of time. Make sure steel is thoroughly dry before storing.
