Solar quartz is a cross section of a quartz crystal stalactite. As stalactites form, various minerals contained in the dripping water cause chemical reactions which result in inclusions. When these stalactites are sliced the result is a stone with a unique bullseye pattern. These solar quartz slices are a milky white with cream and green colored patterning. The edges maintain their natural raw crystal appearance. Set into a hand fabricated free form sterling silver prong settings, each pendant is one of a kind. Dimensions vary between 1/2" and 3/4". Available on a 16 or 18 inch chain. Oxidized finish.
